Carries out administrative tasks and coordinates various activities in order to support the provision of high quality administrative support services.
•Acts as central point of communication for the department / division.
•Proficient use of SSH systems, processes, and procedures in accessing, modifying, project and/or divisional information.
•Adaptable on working on switching focus to and from project and departmental needs.
•Demonstrates ability to organise and coordinate with required internal and external personnel the Senior Management requirements(Scheduling, Travel, Expenses, Time Sheets.
•Coordinates with other levels throughout the company to gather required information / actions for Senior Management (Meetings, Reports, Presentations, etc).
•Reformats all incoming information for Senior Management requirements (Letters, reports, presentations) and for whom the information is intended (Clients, Other Senior Management, Officials).
•Liaises with key Stakeholders relating to projects and/or business development.
•10+ years of total experience.
•Secretarial / Administration course or equivalent - desirable
•Evidence of working as either as a PA / Project Secretary / Document Controller / Project Administrator advantageous.
